Levy and invoice payments are automatically matched to the correct owner and lot, with levy balances updated as payments are confirmed with daily bank statements and real time payment updates feeding automatic reconciliation. Supplier payments are streamlined from within Urbanise Strata, removing the need to log into a separate banking portal or manually generate, download and upload payment files, with payment status, amount and transaction details visible in Urbanise Strata.
